License Terms

Please read these license terms carefully before installing or using BACManager. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, BACManager grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use one (1) copy of BACManager on a single computer owned or controlled by you.

2. Permitted Use

• You may install and use the software on one (1) machine at a time.
• You may make one backup copy of the software for archival purposes.
• You may use the software for both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the software to third parties
• Sell, rent or sublicense the software or your license key
• Share your license key — it is tied to your machine and will not work on other computers
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or license information
• Use the software on more computers than your license permits

4. Free Trial

BACManager includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period expires, a license must be purchased to continue using the software.

5. License Key & Activation

Your license key is generated based on your unique Machine ID. The key:

• Is valid for one specific machine only
• Does not expire (perpetual license)
• Includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase
• Cannot be transferred to another machine without contacting support

If you replace your computer and need to transfer your license, contact support@bacmanager.com.

6. Updates

Your license includes free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the software continues to work without updates. Purchasing a new update subscription is optional and not required to continue using the software.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Since BACManager includes a full-featured 14-day trial, we encourage you to evaluate it before purchase. If you are still not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email support@bacmanager.com and we will issue a full refund — we will just ask briefly what did not work, so we can improve.

8. Intellectual Property

BACManager and all associated materials are the intellectual property of BACManager. The software is protected by copyright law. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. BACManager does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BACManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

BACManager's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

These terms are governed by applicable law.
